About Loaf-Fi Bakery
Hi! I'm Melissa, the baker behind Loaf-Fi Bakery.
What started as a simple way to slow down has grown into something deeply meaningful. Loaf-Fi is a cozy home bakery where everything is made with care, one batch at a time.
Every order is baked fresh just for you! This craft has taught me patience and presence, and I bring that same intention into each bake. I currently operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law but I hope to one day open a commercial storefront where people can pause, feel at home, and enjoy something warm from the oven while lo-fi music plays in the background.
