About Loaf-Fi Bakery
Hi, I'm Melissa, the baker and founder behind Loaf-Fi Bakery.
What started as a way to slow down in a fast-paced world has turned into something meaningful: a cozy little home bakery where everything is made with care, one batch at a time.
At Loaf-Fi, everything is baked fresh to order. Sourdough has taught me patience and presence, and I try to pour that same intention into every bake.
I'm currently operating my micro bakery under the Texas Cottage Food Law. One day, I hope to open a storefront, a warm, welcoming space where people can pause, feel at home, and enjoy something fresh while the Lo-fi tunes play on.
